The mountains were clear, the sun was brilliant and the wind was favorable.
Pete Tenerowicz, Don Hegeman, Dennis Pitts and Louise Bliss crewed. Younger members showed their sailing aptitude by taking the tiller or hauling the halyards. Isabel Livingston and her sons Sandy, Sky and Eliot were aboard. Henry Hopkins Livingston was second owner of Eleanor.
Joseph Veronezi (Grandson of P.S. Egan – the third owner) also came aboard.
It was a bit of a reunion with our girl Eleanor. The last time the four young men had been on board was 24 plus years ago with Captain Egan.
